Customer Service Policies
Cancellation Policy
We do our best to process your orders the moment we receive them. Due to this fact, it is sometimes very difficult to cancel an order. Cancelled orders will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee. If the order has already been delivered, it is impossible to cancel and the full charge will apply.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the essence of the design in style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement,and by using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.
With regards to gift or gourmet baskets, minor substitutions of certain items may be necessary in order to expedite your order. We will always make every effort to match the original theme and value of the original items. Please indicate if for any reason this is not acceptable.
